Anca Pop is an accomplished Senior Executive, Entrepreneur, Consultant, Board Member, and Thought Leader with more than 15 years of success in the technology and healthcare industries.

Leveraging extensive experience with product design, automating manual processes through technology, Anca is a valuable asset for companies seeking guidance on blockchain in their specific industry and maximizing existing resources for the market.

Her broad areas of expertise include information technology and security, strategic planning, analysis, project/program management, market/trend analysis, onsite support, regulatory compliance, risk assessment and control, team building and training, client relations/support, problem resolutions, and process improvement.

Throughout her executive career, Anca has held leadership positions with Adela Investment; Striker Advisory; Emdeon, and HCA. In her present role as Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Adela Investment, she has centered her work around day-to-day operations, fundraising, security of their trading platform, and managing the sales and marketing team; in just one week, she brought over $200K into the fund.

Concurrently, Anca is Founder & CEO of Striker Advisory, which she started as a security consulting organization and is now adding additional service line options.

She has grown the company to include sales, partners, an engineering team, and has grown top-line revenue.

During her prior tenure, as Director, Business Management at Emdeon, Anca is responsible for IT service management and compliance; focusing on internal processes to ensure that IT is aligned with the business strategy.

Previously, in her work in the healthcare industry, Anca worked with hospital CEOs, educating them on security; helped with IT governance and security, and helped to build a product line associated with network security for the healthcare industry.

She has a proven history of exceptional communication skills, forging key industry partnerships, driving team optimum performance, and communicating complex ideas across all professional levels.

Anca holds an M.B.A. from Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt University; a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University; an A.D in Computer Science and Math from Washtenaw Community College; an A.D. in Telecommunications and Electrical Engineering from Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and Certifications in ITIL Foundations and CISA.

Anca has been a Speaker at TEDx Nashville and has a TED Talk video (Technology, Entertainment, and Design).
