Marti Konstant is a workplace futurist, career growth analyst, speaker, and Founder of the Agile Careerist Project™. 

 

Her career path includes: artist, designer, brand developer, entrepreneur, technology marketing executive, and investor. In her last CMO role, she influenced the acquisition of a mobile security growth stage company, Open Kernel Labs, by General Dynamics.

 

Her research evolved into a book, Activate Your Agile Career: How Responding to Change Will Inspire Your Life’s Work. She also delivers workshops, where future of work and agility are central themes.
